Long overdue review! I ordered a bottle of wine really late and asked if it could be delivered the next day and Kenny replied really quickly even though it was 11pm on a weekday night. Made my order but unfortunately entered the wrong address and sent an email to rectify it. Didn't hear from anyone next morning so I called and was told the address has already been changed to the correct one and told me not to worry! Fantastic service! Had a card delivered with my order as well and they made such effort to print the message in a very nice font instead of the standard MS word fonts. Got a box too and it was placed so nicely! Best of all, resuable! My partner was so impressed upon receiving it, he is a convert and is thinking of ordering it for his clients in future! Really thoughtful service that goes beyond! Popped by the store, and one of the partners was having a drink with I assume customers but still came to serve me promptly with advice!

Awesome hangout place to unwind and enjoy a good bottle of red wine. The environment is great for a catch-up with friends after a busy week, where we get to discover and enjoy wines from around the world. The wine recommendations by the owner was fantastic and he would usually give a short lesson on the wines he chose. For those who like to experience new and great wines, make new friends or just have a relaxing night to end the hectic week, this is the place to be!

For me, this is the best wines bottle shop in town. You not only buy wine but you also share your wine experience with the owner and his great staff. It is just an unique and great experience to buy some wine. Selection of wine is wide and very good value for money. You can also buy the wine and drink it directly in the shop, which makes this experience even greater. A lot of customers are recurrent and they often meet there after work to share a bottle of wine. Please grab a bottle and join them for good time and wine...

Had an unexpected stop in Singapore and had to go through 14 days quarantine. I looked through a number of online wine retailers and non responded as quickly as Kenny. While others said they could only deliver 2 - 3 working days at best, Wines Online delivered the next day without hassle to my hotel and it was a Saturday! I also asked Kenny for advice between 2 wines and he confidently pointed one out, obviously he knows his stuff as well. Kudos to Kenny and Wines Online. Highly recommend!

We’ve ordered a bottle of wine for self-collection and for 2 consecutive saturdays from 3-5pm - there were no one attending to the shop. Shop was opened but there were no souls inside. Called their number multiple times but the guy left the phone in the shop. Makes us wonder how they decided to leave the shop closed during the opening hours as per stated on their website. Would appreciate if they could at least indicate the time available for collection instead of letting customers waiting in vain.

I ordered a nice bottle of champagne for a close friend in Singapore—I had never ordered food or beverage there (I live in the U.S.) and I wrote the apartment number incorrectly. Someone messaged me through What’s Ap, worked with me to get the delivery set up properly, and my friend is delighted with the gift! They also have a great selection of high end wines, I was very impressed. Thanks to the team for the excellent customer service!
