Poor quality checks and questionable provenance of the wines. Ordered four Chianti Riservas through their shop on the Vivino platform. One of the bottles had the cork coming out partially which is typically a sign that the bottle has been handled / transported under too much temperature. This might mean all four bottles are spoilt. However, when offering to open the faulty bottle to test it before returning all four, they boldly referred to their terms and conditions. Not a great way to treat a customer concerned about his good wine. Would really like to understand more about Wine Family's transportation practices before buying again. Edit I: Funnily enough Wine Family Pte Ltd was struck off as a business a few years ago and there is now another company behind the scenes. Still putting the old company on the invoices.

Placed an order on 26th April for 2 bottles of procecco and I still have not received them.. they wouldn't cancel and give me any refund..the worst part is they have been ignoring my request of order status since July... last message I received waa end June explaining about the delay on delivery due to covid but it's now October !? i wouldn't normally write negative feedback but I am disappointed with their services and professionalism.
