★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst dry cleaner I have ever come across. I have used many dry cleaners for decades. The old lady at this cleaner is very rude and will seize every opportunity to cut-throat customers.

Always eager to share laundry tips and advice!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have sent one of cardigan for dry clean recently. I am shocked to find a new hole on my cardigan (front), and it was rather a big and obvious one. I am very sure the hole doesn’t exist before I sent it to clean. The staff denied and insisted that it was there when I sent it!
Their laundry cleaning prices are consider cheap. But I wont recommend for sending luxury/delicate material/clothes there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been getting dry cleaning done here for a few months, location is great (and the main reason I come here)!! Lady is friendly, price is affordable. No issues except when covid first hit and there were delays getting laundry back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience. Sent a Jim Thompson silk blanket for dry cleaning but it got normal water wash instead. The Thai silk edges crumpled and feels a bit of moisture inside the sides lining. Paid for the dry cleaning price and insisted it must be dry clean to the old lady in charge. She keeps telling me the blanket can be normal wash and it's cheaper. I shown her the care instructions on the label and insisted for dry clean, paid the higher price . extremely upset when I discovered they had used water. Will avoid this outlet from now on.
