★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Polite, friendly, calming and non-pushy service compared to the other similar retailers in the same vicinity. Went in to get some herbal teas and soup packets to boil. Their herbs and flowers in their pre-packed bags are one of the freshest I've seen. Am a fan of their neat packaging and clear, easy to understand instructions for a noob person like me. At the end, the shop assistant even asked if I had the Fraser membership and helped me scan it. Will be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They always have this herbal tea packs discount on the racks outside the store. Went to get some and found out that they also sell nuts (unsalted and baked) at reasonable prices. Healthy stuff in general. Got a lot and went to the cashier and then found out there is the membership program that is super worth it. $38 for three membership that gives 5% to 10% discount, a sign up gift (some other herbal stuff worth quite a bit), $30 voucher for next use, and $20 discount on birthday month with $50 min spending. If you don't like all of those, just go take a look at the huge Lee min ho poster maybe hahahahha
