★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THE WORST DELIVERY COMPANY IN SINGAPORE. Singpost outsourced my speedpost parcel to this company and they lost my parcel. They did not even bother informing me of my lost parcel and I had to call Singpost to find out what happened to my parcel. WMG delivery claimed my parcel was lost and someone had stolen it from them. What a horrible service. Will never trust in Singpost & speedpost delivery anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has been more than a month since my package from Book depository arrived at the airport. There is no update or delivery of the package. I contacted the company by emails, messenger and yet receive no reply from them as of today. There is no way to contact them.

Hello? 65 what? What's the number???
Up till now 1850H still no sight of my parcel!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My parcel arrived in Singapore on Sept 21 but till now (Nov 8) I've not received it. Last I checked, it was "processed at carrier terminal" on Oct 9...and that's the end of it!!! Another two parcels arrived in Singapore on Oct 6, similarly not delivered! Phone number provided is never answered and cut off after 30 seconds!!! Surely what they are doing is illegal! Please, Book Depository and Blackwell's, stop working with this company. No point offering cheap books and wide selection when purchases don't reach customers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received my parcel within 2 days after Airport Scan status on their tracking system. Their customer service, Noreliana, was very fast in replying my email. Their parcel deliverer took initiative to inform me about the timing which was on-time.
