The clinic was busy until forget to register my Q, they didn't put me in the Q until I go and check with the counter staff since I have waiting so long.

Located on the second floor, the side above McDonald's. Can take lift up near the ntuc or climb stairs. First time visiting this clinic. Accepts Chas card. Lady at the counter took down details like Nric and asked for phone number and drug allergies to be written on small paper provided at the counter. Quite friendly. The clinic itself is air conditioned and brightly lit, giving the place a clean and pleasant environment. There are medical and health related magazines and books placed on the shelf for reading if interested. Lots of cushion seats and quite spacious. Went around 10plus am and there wasn't anybody around. People started streaming in after I gave my details so I went in to see the doctor almost immediately. The receptionist was still keying in my details so I collected my Nric when I collected my medicine and made payment. The doctor who attended to me asked questions regarding my illness and checked my temperature. It's the usual flu symptoms so got prescribed medication for the nose and throat. Also given mc to rest. The doctor advised drinking more water and not doing exercises for at least a week. The whole consultation lasted around 10 to 15 mins after which I was called up to collect my medicine and pay at the counter. Quite fast and efficient but it could also be due to not having anyone before me. The reception lady explained when to take the medication and was nice when I told her to take out one of the medicine prescribed as I still had something similar at home. The clinic will not accept medicine dispensed but if you sort it out before making payment it is fine. You can request for the printed receipt if you need it. Consultation is $20 and for a private clinic that's kinda expected, given the location and size, extra costs comes from the medicine which was also quite reasonable, so the total amount didn't exceed $50. Overall a good and efficient experience, and I like their service. If you do not want to wait very long can consider this clinic as an option in the mornings.

Did my annual checkup here. The doctor and nurse were extremely professional. Dr Ang was attentive and addressed all my questions thoroughly.

I checked the clinic operating hours today thry google till 1245pm,. Tried to call the clinic by 11am but nobody answered, We arrived at 1210pm but registration already closed.,the lady in the counter told me its closed already. But need to take 2nd round antibiotic. Better next time in specific the closing hours.

Dr Ang is an empathetic doctor. He listened to my complaints patiently and prescribed me with effective medicine that works. My family have been seeing him for many years now. So are many friends who stay around woodland.

Been visiting this clinic for years as I live nearby and it's covered under company insurance. Reception is friendly and efficient. In house doctors are always thorough and empathetic .

Inform me of waiting time approximately 2hrs 2hrs is up I am still waiting When I confronted they told me another 30mins WTH Thein it’s almost 3hrs I could have go home and sleep and come back...worst still, staff was not apologetic at all.....and lack of emphaty..... I wonder where is ur basic front line training went to...... Diz will be the last I’m stepping in. The worst was the medical fees and I saw the receipt my chas price was not deducted!!!!!. Hello it could have been better......this is really a terrible joke!!!!

Incredibly slow. If you see a crowd, go elsewhere. I came at 6.30pm, and I'm still waiting at 8.35pm. Lady that register behind me already seen the doc, got her meds. I'm still standing and waiting in pain.
