★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to send a bulky item internationally and the staff were extremely patient and helpful. One particular staff guided me every step of the way and even helped me with packing the item. Excellent service! Thank you so much!

Was attended by the female staff by the name of Hah mee Hong. She assisted me in teaching me to buy a small polymailer and offered me scissors and guided me through the whole process on mailing a parcel. She's very attentive and helpful towards me. I would like everyone to know she's a role model and knows her jobs well. Thumbs up ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super Long queues over the counter , further more their registered mail , their mail man never ring the doorbell twice and never have the patience to wait for the owner . Not even 5 minutes .Due to that issue we have to collect mail from centre and the queues is Super Long . Very disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ User of SingPost services for many years and only recently learnt that they have terrible service recovery methods when I encountered a bad service handling. I wrote in for enlightenment on the experience I had, and I also gave feedback on how the officer (Chinese middle aged lady) should have handled the situation better without offending people. They replied almost 4 weeks later with just a link to their website to refer to mailing information. Um??? I know your services. I sent a feedback bcos I had experienced unprofessional service and I believed that SingPost would actually care if their staff acted poorly.
The reply from Raunak Sharma was no different than a robot’s. 0 empathy 0 understanding. If SingPost officers are just going to reply with a link to the website, then might as well change to an automated reply system ya?
To you reading this, I hope that you don’t encounter any problems with their services otherwise you can expect 0 help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been here many times and the staff are always friendly and helpful. I've met two or three of their postal delivery staff too and they were really nice as well :)
(btw if you have issues with singpost as a whole then send them an email or something, don't give a one star rating to this branch just cos you're angry. It hurts them for no good reason!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staffs are always helpful & calm even though there’s a long q. Only those who work in service line will understand the problems they are facing everyday. Please be reasonable & treat people the way you want to be treated. Tried the AM Mail ($2.90) for the first time. Very fast & efficient. Item was delivered on time.
