★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited Woodsville 28 this weekend. Just a minute or two minutes away from Potong Pasir MRT Exit C. Exit C is the exit that you will use to enter The Poiz Centre and the same exit is where you will find Old Chang Kee too.
Woodsville 28 is one mid-size condominium project with 110 units and is one of closest condo to Potong Pasir MRT station and The Poiz Centre. The condo itself is full fledge condominium with ground level car park. The swimming pool, the children pool, the gym, the function room area, children playground are all located on the second level.
It is close to St Andrews School (Primary and Secondary), a 5 mins walk away. The Potong Pasir Community Centre is likewise a 5 mins walk away , both the KFC and Sheng Siong Supermarket are located at Potong Pasir Community Centre.
