Try to soothe me by giving me cable worth $2, my transport there more than that already, pay $60, then found out Qoo10 sells for $19.90 for exact same product. will never come back, becareful of this shop. staff is rude, dont care at all about customer.

Their sales guys broken my iPad screen in front of me while inserting cover very hard. After that that guy and his boss not agreed that they have broken iPad screen and they liaying that it was broken already. How can it broken already when I just bought it and went their to buy case ? I have done argument with them for 30 mins and then don't even agreed that they have broken screen. What a big liars. Don't ever go there ....

They don't post original photos of their stuff on carousell and make you take a trip down to their shop. The uncle was very rude from the beginning, some of the features of the monitor were not working and he tells me i should google it, when he's selling me the monitor. Secondly when I was negotiating the price with his one of his staff, he instructed his other staff to take it away and pack it. Not willing to budge for even 5$. And told me to be on my way as he's super busy.

Bought a cable for my monitor, it ended up getting stuck within the port and the cable falling apart even when a slight bit of force used to take it out. Albeit i was as able to get a refund and the workers were helpful so I decided against 1 star

G	Glenn Wong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huge selection of hardwares especially cables and plugs. They have literally every kind of connectors available. The shop takes up two shop front and run by an Indian man who is very knowledgeable with his items. You can bargain the price with him. Some items are cheaper than other shops so you need to compare. The Chinese lady at the cashier has been with the shop for 2 years already and is very friendly to deal with.

Went to sim lim tower and was told there is a shop at sim lim Sq at level 5 or 6 that might have stock for such old type psu. So glad that Managed to find a new one here. Look for a slim Indian youth. He is aware of the stuff that are sold in the shop. There are 2 units almost side by side each other. I went into 1st unit and asked another Indian guy on the power supply and told don’t have. So then I walked past the 2nd unit just next door. This slim Indian guy was attending to a couple but yet he asked if he can help me. Showed him my faulty psu and he immediately asked the 1st Indian guy to go to the warehouse to find. And my pc has relived after replacing with the new psu.

They only give credits that can be used in the same shop for more useless products. Made multiple trips back but still no conclusion. Just waste a bunch of money and time. If owner would refund, at least there is some credibility. But he refuses to do so. Obviously a scam shop.
