โ โ โ โ โ Extremely unprofessional staff. I wanted to write down a model number for consideration of a new monitor, but the staff told me off, saying that I was wasting his time. Will not recommend this store at all to anyone. Dissapointing.

โ โ โ โ โ Unfortunately the king of SLS has fallen. It has now been given to the 2 best shops: Vii(per) and Infinity! Video pro (now called city zone) has low stocks and inadequate knowledge on tech specs. Some staff have bad service telling some customers to fly kite or "get out of you want to compare price". RIP Video Pro

โ โ โ โ โ I purchased on their Lazada store for a PC case until now is not delivered, the tracking number they provide is not trackable on singpost. I had to call their customer service which is lousy the lady can laugh when I ask her how come the crosair 275r airflow indicated that I have received it where I have not received anything. The issue is that they do not have the stock that I wanted and they could easily cancel my order and refund my money. But no they have to me wait for 3 weeks to make the call to their sales personal. Which I was disappointed it was not handle with utter professional by the customer service. To all users out there please avoid purchase their Lazada online shop and their webstore, their websites looks dated. If you want to purchase go directly to their physical store. They really lack of experience on running a webstore.

โ โ โ โ โ Ordered something on Lazada, 1 week has passed and they have not processed the item. Called them and when they picked up say call Lazada and they hung up on me. Called again and didn't want to pick up. Horrible customer service. The next day they messaged me on Lazada saying no stock available (so why did you put have stock on Lazada and made me pay in the first place). They allow me to refund, but then tell me stock coming next week, but never tell me which day, they say supplier never update, so is there a stock coming or no? Each message on Lazada takes 1 day to reply.

โ โ โ โ โ Video Pro sent me a visibly broken Hard Drive for 319 sgd and refuses to replace it or return the money. Avoid buying there, a short description and images follow.
I ordered a hard drive just before the circuit breaker. It arrived poorly packaged in a cardboard box that didn't fit, wedged in sideways and thinly wrapped. The drive did not spin up on connecting it to two PC's and on closer examination there was visible damage; a dent in a solid piece of metal complete with scratches from a high drop. It's unlikely that the delivery service mishandled it as the packaging, inadequate as it was, did not show any signs of such a drop.
When I contacted Video Pro, I was offered a drive that was "faster than the one I payed for" as exchange. When I noted that the suggested replacement drive was really a slow 5400 rpm drive according to specs and I had no use for that, the Video Pro stopped replying.
I would advise to buy in a different shop. It may be 10-20 bucks more but at least you won't loose the money.

โ โ โ โ โ The shop might as well remove the .sg, it gives people a fake impression that you actually operate a proper online shop. I order a storage card from them and after 2 weeks, no response. Kept sending msg to them to ask status of order, no response. Finally they indicate they're processing, but after few days, still not delivered! I've order things from China later than this and they've already arrived! WORST SHOP EVER! If you can't run an online shop, please don't.

โ โ โ โ โ Purchased a motherboard from them and it came like it was used and looked like it was missing a few accessories. Contacted them on Lazada and they refused to provide an exchange as it was already opened. Question is, how would I discover this if the box was never opened? Called the store and the staff was rude as well. Requesting me to bring the product down for them to do an inspection, which defeats the purpose of me buying the motherboard online in the first place.
Please do not buy from this store, as they are not honest and reliable at all. Not to mention their service is ridiculous especially when I've purchase a motherboard that is worth $350. Completely preposterous.
