While I was driving my car (Honda Jazz) recently, the front part of my car felt shaky, bumpy and was unstable. I brought my car to Worthing Trading car workshop as it was near my house. Before going there, I have already set aside some cash as I suspect that the suspension is worn out due to the car’s age. When I arrived outside the shop, I was immediately greeted by one of the staff. I explained to him about the issues I had. He said ok and quickly take my car for a test drive. When he came back after the test drive, he agreed that the car was shaky and said that he will need to use his workshop machine to lift up my car to see the under carriage. After the check, he told me that my car absorber can still be use. I just need to replaced the stabiliser link because it is loose and rusty. He told me don’t waste money buying a new absorber because my absorber is not leaking and is still usable. He explained to me that the stabiliser link require a replacement because it can break and lead to safety issues. I then told him to go ahead with the replacement. After the repair, he drove the car for a test drive again and he asked me to come along. When I was seated inside the car while he was driving, my car was surprisingly smoother already. He then explained to me that the car should be ok already. He also told me inside the car that replacing the absorber will be expensive and as long as it is not leaking, he told me not to change and save my money. This is what we call tip top service. Staff was not pushy and doesn’t up sell. Humble and understands from the customer’s point of view. I will recommend anyone who wants to do a check on their vehicle or do vehicle servicing to come here. Anyway, they don’t do aircon service.
