He provided useful suggestions on the range of colours they had available and was meticulous in ensuring that the balloons arrived safely at the right time. The balloons themselves were of superb quality, using Hi-float which ensured that they stayed up in the air for a really long time. Thanks Joe for making my proposal a success. Absolutely recommended!
