Paid helium gas for $70 and was not able to pump for 20 balloons also. Very bad customer service at parkway parade. Given feedback for improvement and staff Mon and Josephine were very defensive that no1 has complain b4. Will never consider this place again

I got the balloons for 80 cents, but you need to order online. Very good quality.. it stay afloat for more than 10 hours. My childrens like this store very much.. many party stuff.. balloon, partywares, pinata. Location is good.. our family spent wholeday at parkway.

Very sneaking sales tactics. They advertise one price on their website, then when we showed up to purchase a number of party supplies all the prices double. We decided not to play this game bought all at our items at an honest and decent store instead. Do not trust this seller.

The store person working on 20/5/2019 afternoon was ridiculous, as we bought a bundle of balloons with them, everything was good by the look. And we were on our way to the car park realizing one of the balloon have a tiny hole and we heard the sound of the air leaking. Immediately, went back to the shop less than a minute and they just start blaming on how we carry, insisting that we definitely hit some where while we walk etc. We are not kids, we know how fragile balloons is, and we took extra care of it. Simply wanted us to pay extra to get a new piece. So to just stop the unnecessary argument sake, we just pay and get what we wanted. It's just an unpleasant shopping experience with them.

Bought a bunch of balloons from them and the main balloon, a unicorn, was slowly deflating within an hour. We called them and they came up with all sort of excuses it’s a factory defect, it’s our fault, the sun is too hot etc etc and said there’s nothing they can do for us. This is utterly disappointing as we have bought hundreds of dollars worth of balloons from them over the last few years.

Totally unprofessional. Makes ur whole party experience a bitter one cos of their attitude. SO SO RUDE! Their website has an option order customized balloons and they charge $10 for less than 2 working days and no charge for more than 2 working days. But the salesperson refuses to give me the order in 1 working day in-spite of the $10 extra paid. Their website doesn't state any of this but allows you to click on the date as desired. And when you tell them its fine if they cant deliver it the next day please refund the amount, they say we can only refund 50% of the amount. Till i had to argue with them which made the whole experience so so bitter. No customer loyalty too! P.S: Proof as below, and how rude is she!

Bought 3 helium balloons yesterday afternoon. They deflated significantly by evening time and by this morning, the balloons were not able to float anymore. This was very disappointing as the quality used to be better. Might need to check the helium cannister. Not even worth a star
