★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My fist visit to the hair salon. Requested hair cut by director, Angelina. Within the first 5 minutes she tried to sell me the straightening treatment starting from $200, I declined. She suggested a cheaper one , $120. She didn't understand why I did not want any treatment. To make matter worse, I wanted a 2 inches off my shoulder length hair. She simply combed my wet hair down, and snipped off with 2 inches. Done.. No section, no clips. Cost $36.
This method would be done by a novice who had not been trained. Hair cut was done in 10 minutes. I was too shocked for words.
Will be my last visit for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my hair cut with Tommy and it's as good as the usual hair salon I used to frequent in shopping mall but cheaper. He listened to exactly what I want and I'm happy with the hair. I would recommend this place. The salon itself is nice and clean and has really nice ambience too!
Edit 2019/10/27: My subsequent haircuts were with Angelina. Really good as well! Would recommend both Angelina and Tommy! I've been here for almost a year and the quality is really consistent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surprised this salon cannot use credit card. I was rejected to pay by VISA card due to the machine spoilt(I don’t know whether it’s true reason or not).
Be careful and make sure which payment way you can use before taking their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First and the last time to visit this salon. Such a horrible experience. Showed a photo of balayage WHICH DID NOT HAVE ANY BRIGHT COLOURS IN IT but ended up with greenish blue highlights which was totally different from what I wanted. Came back to fix it but the owner kept insisting to colour the highlights navy blue when all I want is to even out all the colours on my hair.. I had enough and refused to say anymore. So this is my current hair situation.. goldish brown on top, black and strips of navy blue. At least the navy blue was not that visible, blending in with the black part. But the top part makes me so freaking mad!
