All the staff attitudes are very bad really horrible Poor service ever!!!!!!!????????

If I could I would have given zero stars. It’s not just the fact that many of these balls were cold when I bit into it, but the tako balls were also extremely very doughy and flour-ish (if you get what i mean). Super dry.

The food is delicious. But I will really recommend the management to hire a new staff. The china lady is really horrible in her service. One of the worst customer service I have met in my life.

personally they're my favourite because its made relatively freshly and not simply defrosted and mricrowaved like many japanese stalls out there. while it is mostly batter, the sauce goes well with it. the people running the stall are also generous and do not charge for extra sauce and bonito flakes and on some occasions, even give a free ball. the price is reasonable especially if you purchase 12.

Was a big fan of wow tako until today. I wanted to order 2 ommelette rice & menu showed many ingredient options to choose from. But the lady said only bacon cheese & as I clarified, THIS LADY literally yelled at me in front of everyone. & Gave bad attitude. Having 0 patience despite being in service line & absolutely horrenodus to customer. TOO MUCH for me to bear that I simply walked off a counter staff, for the very first time in my life. Humiliated for no good reason. Am still extremely appalled. NEVER going back again. RUINED MY DAY!!!!!!!!! ??????

Yes, the lady stuff was rude. A few weeks ago, I ordered 2 packs of their omu rice promotional package (1.Ham+green peas+corn and 2.prawn+crab sticks). While cooking the first package, she omitted the green peas+corn. When asked why the ingredients were not included, she blame you for not telling her earlier. I told her that she should honor exactly what was advertised and she grudgingly took out the ingredients, mumbered and complained about my request. She behaved the same way for the second pack. Today, I ordered the same two packages as above and she refused to honor what was advertised, again omitting some of the ingredients and yelling that there were no more ingredients! This will be the last time I'm going to buy from this stall because of their poor customer service.

Was at Lot 1 outlet waiting to order the octopus ball. There was this auntie with chinese accent told me need to wait but didnt say need to wait how long. Saw her making a new batch so I asked if she is making the octopus. Then she started screaming at us "I told you need to wait right" So shameful when people started looking at us. Management of WOW TAKO! Your staff seriously cannot behave this way. We are customers and not beggars begging for your octopus balls! Because of 1 person, I will never patronise your stall again! At least never to Lot 1 branch. Very bad experience with a SUPER RUDE auntie!

Bought last week, they skimped on the fillings. That’s not the main point. I had FOOD POISONING from their food that night and it lasted for 2 days. Bought from them as it was the only food stall without queue at dinner timing.
