Edit: Update after 1 year with the table. Had been using the table around 2-3 times a week. Had no issue at all! Table is running smoothly as per the first day we got it.
Do hit them up if you are looking for a automatic mj table!

Wu Ba Tong. Firstly their customer service is great as they are extremely helpful despite taking my time to decide whether to get an auto table. They were patient in answering all my queries and even allowed me to try out their display piece in their factory. Finally after thinking for nearly 6 months I have decided to get the Premium mini auto table (wood version) from them. Delivery was prompt and any troubleshooting required they will provide prompt advice through WhatsApp.

They delivery the mahjong table to my house and had a quality check on the equipment. They gave me a tutorial on how the table operate and give it a run to make sure no everything is good before they leave. First of all, excellent service from the founders of Wu Ba Tong. They were quick to reply any queries that I had and cleared whatever doubts that were on my mind which concerned the purchase of the auto table.
Purchasing was a smooth process and an invoice was swiftly put together.
Considering that the table I ordered was a pre-order, it was delivered sooner than I had expected. The founders delivered the table themselves and it even included a tutorial on the table usage if needed.
Overall I would definitely recommend Wu Ba Tong Sg to any of my friends who are looking to purchase an auto table as well :)

Edit:
6 months after buying the auto mahjong table, it is still working extremely fine despite the frequency we were using them. The free gift of the brush and the soft ball to throw in contributed a lot in maintaining the table. Would recommending getting the roll ar coaster table as there were many time during the game someone accidentally press the button or chips will was the table when the next set of time surfacing. My experience with normal auto table is that the chips will drop it and we did not have any such problem. The quality of the product is 10/10 and not to say their service was all 100% positive and that’s why left the review earlier in before this edit. Whether i win this lucky draw or not you guys deserve this good review! Well done guys! #8918
