Just a two physical outlet family business it has done a brand refreshing recently. A more modern packaging that's aesthetically better than their larger rivals tells of adapt and grow generation transition.
The original recipe is still soft, aromatic and tastes divine. The original pork floss is refine in texture and yet chewy.
Call me old fashioned, there is a difference between going to bak wah shop and attended to by our Singaporeans.

β β β β β Came here to buy Bak Kwa because my friends were raving about it. Very affordable prices. The auntie is very friendly too.
If you are here to buy Bak Kwa. Walk until the end of Clementi bus interchange. You will see a coffee shop and then cross the road. The shop is below a void deck at the end. It is just next to the expressway.

β β β β β Bought a packet of original and a packet of chilli (vacuum packed)~ nicely grilled and texture was pretty good, not super soft but also not very hard! Find this lesser sweet and less sticky than others, so will suits those who prefer this kinda texture! Will prefer their chilli! Slightly more flavourful and not too spicy ????
