Sending your machine in for servicing/repair to spend days and months over there, highly not recommended. They took my machine back for servicing/ repair on 14 Jan 2021. No obvious dust, no scratches, original power cable etc. On 8 Apr 2021, I received it back. Paid a total of $226 for repairing my Juki HZL F600. A gear was broken, so they replaced it with working gear and repaired with working straight stitch and zig zag stitches only. I realized that the power cable is not mine. So, I raised it up to the technician /delivery guy? He said, β€œoh maybe they mix up your cable, ok one lah it just power cable, ok one can use one” So what it can be use? It is not my original power cable. No responsibility in customer property. He seems to be in a hurry to go off, quickly showed me that it works. Never bother to show me that the other decorative stitches are ok too. Ok, I test myself. The moment I saw and touched my machine, obvious dust, very dusty. Never clean up after servicing. Sloppy work. With him standing behind me and looking around my house distracted me a lot. While I was trying to test the decorative stitches, he suddenly says, "sewing machine is only for sewing straight stitches and patching up or repairing only, right? Not really will use the other stitches." What he said distracted me. But then, having a stranger in my house and looking around makes me feel so insecure thus I cannot concentrate on testing out the decorative stitches and fonts as well as look carefully on my machine. So, in order to test my machine in peace, I paid him almost immediately. I should say less than 10 mins he reached and placed the machine on my table. Finally, a peace of mind, no stranger in my house. After testing my machine, decorative stitches and fonts not working well.. Jump stitches. Timing not accurate? Not angry but disappointed. I did not bother to try if the buttonhole works. I waited patiently for coming 3 months and it is not fixed properly. Disappointed and looking carefully again around my machine. It was returned very dusty, and dirty with scratches at the back. Again, no responsibility on customer property. Mishandling. My machine has 200 plus decorative stitches I understand that it may not be able or easy to repair. If the initial diagnosed, it is beyond repair, OR if repaired, only straight stitches and zig zag stitches will work, OR most decorative stitches and fonts may not work, why don’t you let me know? I can decide if I want to proceed with the repair. I am open to discussion or problems that you all may met with while repairing my machine. I am even fine with paying the transport fee just to return my broken machine if you told me my machine is beyond repair. Just be honest with whatever problems you all met. Obviously, the machine, though changed gear, but not working properly. What is the purpose of me getting it for repair when what I really need is the decorative stitches and fonts? Sigh. I have given them time to return my original cable. But obviously they cannot find and return me. No news from them. They raised to recalibrate my machine again, I asked them if the technician can do it well this time? Cannot give me an answer. The trust that I placed in Ban Soon have been abused, the responsibility in customer property is not there. Extremely disappointed with the servicing (repairing) part. Overall, they are not sincere in solving any problems.

Horrible service, unrecommended. The butterfly old model sewing was faulty and still not working after serviced by them. The experience I have with them: 1. Unprofessional and horrible attitude of the technician. 2. Attempts to change parts without first getting acknowledgement from the customer. 3. After repair, skipped stitches still present -> doesn't solve the problem. 4. Instead of troubleshooting it further, they blame the user not using it properly, where this machine has been in service for 30 years. Call them back as it gets worse after roughly around a week. Came up, just did a simple demo which is practically not applicable doesn't help at all. Added 26 May: The skipped stitches problem that was claimed unable to fix by them has been fixed by a technician from another company. The skills of Ban Soon technician is therefore questionable.

I cannot contain my joy when i received my new Janome sewing machine today ( i only ordered online yesterday (sunday)). So happy with my new machine, looking foward to sign up for some lessons with them?

Very bad and disappointed experience. I had brother sewing machine which I gave for repair. I paid initial charge of $20. The person in store assured me that if the repair charges exceed $40. Then they would ask me if it is ok to proceed for repairing. But they never confirm with me, instead after 2 days send me sms to collect the sewing machine after paying $90. So all together the charge was $110 which I would not afford. So I messaged them regarding it. But there was no response. After much much disappointment I let it go and bought a new sewing machine for $145.

Great customer service, advisory and sewing machine knowledge. Me and my family came to the right place. We got a Janome quilter's machine with great features showed by the staff. They are patience and spent almost 4 hours with us. If you need any high end / premium machines, please get their advice which is more valuable compared to the machine price. You will not go wrong.

Good. Purchased a Brother sewing machine 4 years ago for ~$200 and it works well till now. Satisfied with Ban Soon's service.

Brought in my old Singer sewing machine for fixing. The staff tried their best to find a replacement for the broken part but it was no longer produced. So I opted to buy a new one. Honestly, the service given was excellent, the staff made the effort to call and update me on the search for the spare part. And when I was choosing a new machine, they were patient in explaining to me the difference between each model and even did a demonstration for the models that I was keen on. Overall a good experience and I am happy with their service and array of products.

I had to AT LEAST give 1 star to submit this review... Nothing can hide my dismay!! Brought in 2 machines for repair. Was glad to be informed I can collect after a week. Upon collection, was told Interlock function has been fixed...but what about Overlock function? NOT fixed, Wah!!! still can tell me saying I never inform I want both functions to be fixed! Who wants a machine to work singly if there is 2 functions? So had to leave it there again... Next came the Singer sewing machine...it came out from the rack with a Missing Bobbin Spindle guiding button! Luckily, I took pics before leaving the machines there. So visit #2, came back without collecting any machines. Visit #3, managed to collect the interlock/overlock machine, paid XX$ extra on top of the initial $85!! Out came the Singer sewing machine...they savaged a YELLOWISH LOOKING bobbin spindle guiding button from their warehouse. I had to demand for a new replacement as the pic I took during my 1st visit showed a white clean button!!! So it was agreed they will send the sewing machine to my place as I refused to make another 4th trip. It was all the way from Sembawang to Clementi!!!! Finally, the sewing machine was sent to my place! HOORAY RIGHT??? No way! Can you believe it??? They gave me a New bobbin spindle guiding button BUT a rusty screw is used to secure it!!! I have no words to describe their service!!!! Ultimate dismay shall be it!! Go to them if you seriously cannot get any other shop! Visit at your own RISK!!! Imagine time and money spent to hitch all the way fm the North to Clementi over so many trips!!! Furious and frustrated!!
