Very good service and price point. I had looked around Clementi to fix a cracked screen (Samsung Note10+) but most stores only quoted on an LCD overhaul without checking on the status of the phone. Only this store checked out my phone condition, and quoted a more reasonable price. Constant updates from Ivan regarding the progress of the phone fixing when my phone was under repairs Would highly recommend!

Followup service no good. Went to replace the screen on hp. They recommended an OEM. Screen worked perfectly. Only thing was, after the operation, the original stylus/pen kept falling out. fit was not good. Tall guy told us to ensure rectangle icon faces upwards when slotting in pen. We followed instructions properly. Pen still kept on falling out. Went back 2nd time. Tall guy became rude and mocking. In Chinese, he told off, "This is a no-brainer". How can a service tech talk to customer like that? Fed-up with being put down, complained to PRC boss who apologised. Finally PRC boss took hp to an HDB shop in Clementi to reopen the hp and press tightly together again. Now the pen doesn't fall out. Hoping for the best.

Ivan provided great service and advice on how to get my laptop fixed. Ultimately realised that it did not require much and helped me to service for free despite taking up more than an hour of his time. Did not try to upsell products and refused payment. Will come back again for future repair needs and for upgrading electronics if needed.

This genuine review by my wife, used the service of Mobile Art @Clementi Mall. Good customer service but unfortunately it’s super expensive and inexperienced. My iPhone 6 Plus could not tap, swipe and hanged, I was told that just need to change a new screen. After 1-2 days fixed, same problem came back. I went back to them for the third time and it only got worse, they not only did not solve my problem, not refund of what I paid but still suggested ‘might be’ the motherboard issue and need to pay an additional charge of $140. Disappointed and frustrated, I went to another repair shop which is one of the Apple authorized service providers and independent repair providers, all goes well with black and white details and transparent price lists on display. Both motherboard and change of a new original iPhone battery priced only under $120 with one month guarantee, I’m also glad that they managed to help me fixed my original iPhone screen back to the iPhone and was told that there isn’t any issue with the screen at all! It’s been Day 5 and the phone is working good, not a single lags or hangs, the home button fixed is very firm and stable like it used to.. unlike Mobile Art skills, it was loose and even blames that the button was already spoiled. Overall, bad experience especially during this covid time still ripped me off. Customer service 8/10 Knowledge on fix: 3/10 Value: 6/10 ??Not recommended

Glad I found this shop to replace my screen protector on my quite 'rare' phone. Impress they know the model and their machine able to cut the screen protector precisely. There are various option to choose for. Screen protector applied with attention to detail as well. Good service ??
