Best thing is his after sale service is top notch, despite having bought the sofa for months, Xavier still offer tips to maintain our piece. Great service and highly recommended!

Good range of quality products all in one place and was pleasantly surprised to find a few super comfi sofas which are so difficult to come by. Both delivery men were not organized pushing trolleys. Ended up trashing some items of neighbors. But they did good, fast and complete job fixing the sofas.

Much details were given in ensuring everything was done properly. Ample time was given to us to see if everything are in order so that they can rectify if needed. Arul and Arun were the awesome team that came to our house. Well done ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb service from Keith of X’clusive Toh Guan branch. He was so accommodating. On delivery day, the new sofa was unfortunately damaged during installation. I raised a complaint to Keith and he worked tirelessly to get a new replacement. Due to the lockdown, it took a few months to arrive but he constantly updated me on the progress of the request. Voila! our sofa has arrived. So happy with Keith’s and the company’s excellent service as they were able to come through to provide us with a new replacement sofa.

He is very friendly, caring, honest and sincere in serving us. We truly appreciated him in putting his utmost effort & assistance in helping to solve the issue with our broken dining table which was only purchased for 2 months! We would definitely refer our friends and neighbours who wish to buy furniture to Chris Lee for his excellent services and product knowledge ???
