★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a sofa...ask for customized seating depth...when delivered it was not as specified..ie..deeper seating depth...manager tells me that is how salesperson measured it and it was build to the specification....manager kept referring to the measurement and that factory did not build wrongly...I pointed out that if the measurement were made wrongly of course factory (which just follow will build it wrongly)..
sigh...this point is lost or not acknowledge..hence I think if a company does not understand the customer and insist that they are not wrong then you have to think if this is a company you will want to deal with...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered dining chairs. But are delivered dirty ones with dark patches which is different from what are displayed in showroom.
Request for exchange but keep denying and come up with excuses that the chairs are dual tone colour, same as showroom.. but actually dirty due to collecting dust in warehouse, and trying to get rid of old stock.
Likely they just do 1-time business...not hoping for existing customers to return.
Avoid at all cost.
