I used their offer for gel mani + pedi ar S$58 for 1st time customer. Good service. They were very efficient as well. 2 staff did my nails, so I got everything done in 50'. No hard sell. The manicurist did bring up membership sign-up at the end, I declined and that was it. Overall, it was pleasant!

Really enjoyed my experience over here! Apple and Ziying were really nice and I found their service really warm and friendly :) Both ladies knew I was in a crunch for time and therefore did my nails at the same time at my request - they turned out fantastic nonetheless. 10/10 recommended and would come back.

BEWARE!! Worst nail salon in Singapore! Pls do not waste your money and time going here. The staff is so rude and they make you wait so long for no reason. It’s not like they are ever busy coz their service is so terrible hardly anyone ever returns. I was made to sit with my feet soaking for 30 mins while the lady who was to do my nails was NAPPING inside. She even admitted that to me as she was yawning! ? I had unfortunately bought 2 vouchers so had to deal with them on more than one occasion and it just kept getting worse! They did a horrible job with my nails. I messed up one of my toe nails while they were drying and told her to retouch it. She put a different shade on my toe and told me when it dries it will match. I walked out of there with 2 unmatched toenails! Why? Coz she couldn’t find the bottle of polish she had just used 10 mins before on the rest of my toes!! They even gave me a very hard time to soak my nails off although it was included in my voucher. On two occasions I showed up to soak my nails and they turned me away even though the salon was empty and they were all sitting and chatting. Overall the worst experience ever!! The owner of this shop needs to know how terrible the staff is!

Worst experience for classic gel with uneven color as well as peel off on the very 1st day after it done. They are only professional in β€œhard selling” but not Mani&Pedi services! Must stay firm and not signing up any package with them as they might hold your card until you agreed to sign on the packages they promoted!

Very comfy place and pleasant staff with good workmanship. Reasonable pricing. 1-star less for the very intense hard selling effort to buy their membership (despite repeated rejections from our end) though, but otherwise all's good!

I went with my friend and I was lucky. I got the hair stylist that was attentive at what I wanted, even though I couldnt decide. He made recommendations and suggestions but otherwise kept to himself. There was a young guy who was washing my hair and he was very friendly! Extremely attentive and never hard-selling. However my friend on the other hand has another stylish which she was very angry with. Not only was he hard-selling, the way he talked felt pretty rude and off-putting. She also felt that overall, they didn't do a good job with her hair. She made her unhappiness known, but the stylist still tried to hard-sell with a package. After 1-2 weeks, I did notice that my hair drop a lot more and was pretty dry. The initial colour and the fading colours were very nice but the overall health of my hair wasn't good at all. I've paid for just as good hair color with less damage elsewhere.

I should have read the review before I pay the Fave voucher to try them out for classic manicure and pedicure. This is by far the worst experience I ever had for manicure and pedicure and if there is minus 5 star, I will give it to them. I informed them I do not need colouring for my hand nails. They told me cannot as is part of the terms and conditions of Fave voucher. The staff tried arguing with me that they need to apply colour ( even if is colourless nail polish). And at this point, even upsell that I can choose not to colour but pay $10 more. What logic is this? Why a customer cannot request not to have colour on my nails? I use at least two other Fave vouchers and never have such issue of not allowing to choose no nail polish. Usually when I do manicure and pedicure, there will be lots of dead skin on the towels. Here is just less than 20% of the usual dead skin as they only just do a bare minimum job. I get it, is a voucher but if you cannot even do a decent job, why would I pay to be a member? They apply colour on my toe nails and with no effort to use any machine to dry my nails, chase me out in 10 minutes. Came home and remove the colours as surface is not even dry and smudge. Go at your own risk and trust me, even if is a free manicure and pedicure offer by this place, I will not want to waste my time and energy with this shop.
