Truth be told, there isn't much variety in this market. It's multiple stalls of minced pork noodles, BBQ seafood, porridge, hokkien/fishball noodles, or rojak. First time trying this rojak. Stall owner explains to me that we can request for more sauce dripping over it to make it watery. According to her, young people prefer it like that. The true blue traditional way, then, is to have it drier. Cucumber, pineapple slices are cut thin, the way I like it instead of chunky pieces. Fried dough fritter is made a little too hard to the bite, same for tofu. Will give it another try to confirm if that's indeed the characteristic style of this stall. Bonus of 4 stars for service.
