β β β β β Based on review, visited vivocity mi store over the weekend. Coincidentally, was also served by conrad. Was enquiring over xiaomi smart home system as my home is under renovation. He adviced on which are the items and things i should look out for when choosing smart home devices. Even though i didn't purchase anything, he didn't get frustrated and advices me patiently.
Will definitely go back to look for him after i've done with my research.

β β β β β I consider myself a skeptical person. Honestly, I'm not going to bother writing reviews for any products. I must however really compliment this sales associate(Terrace) at MI shop at Vivo City. I'm a fan of MI products, they are excellent quality and affordable, so I've purchased all my MI items online. Mr Terrace had a lot of knowledge about the phone product, and he helped me download an app that enabled me to connect my favorite music to the MI speaker. When I check with him about the smart IP camera, he also helps me to install it on my phone. Retailers rarely offer extra miles services like his. This is not the kind of service I'll be able to get online. Mr Terrace gives me a new reason to support more local retailers offline. Keep it up with the extra miles services:)

β β β β β The staff wasnβt super nice but he introduced the product sincerely to me. I bought the mi wifi repeater 2 the other day to enhance the wifi signal in my house. I was so worried whether this little gadget would actually work or not. The staff ensured me and taught me how and where I should place the reader at home. The enhancement of the wifi reader actually turned out really well!! It enhanced the signal for my roommateβs room, which is furtherest room from the router. Iβm glad and thankful that the staffed helped me out and gave me such useful advice.

β β β β β Terrence provide good service, from the start to end. He showed us the robot vacuum versions and which suits us, even teach us in depth on usage and maintenance of the product. Tip top service and deserve a reward for this staff.

β β β β β Indicated to staff that I want to purchase the Xiaomi Standing Fan 2 that was shown on display at the shop. The price tag indicated $79. Upon inspecting the box and contents at home, I only found out that I was misled to buy the Xiaomi Standing Fan 2 Lite instead, which is not what I wanted to buy. I immediately tried contacting the shop and have had no response. Very upset and disappointed.

β β β β β I visit june 13, 2022 around 7pm. The staff is lousy and lazzy. I ask where is the powerbank and he just pointed the direction and i hardly find it and he just staring at me to find it. Then when I ask about the bluetooth headset buds 3 lite about something he just dont know about the product and what it can do. Also I notice that even though there is customer he is still staying at the counter, and one of the customer looks like need help but I dont know if he ignore it or not. That is my experience.
