OK service but inefficient system. Big difference between going in for servicing/repairs vs shopping.Walk ins and appointments are treated the same which can be frustrating for ppl who have genuine repair issue and bothered to book an appointment. Staff seem stressed trying to manage multiple needs at the same time. You never feel like you've been listened to,bc while you're explaining to your agent, when it is your Q number, the agent will pause to help random walk ins who can have issues as basic as "forget password". I didn't feel listened, had to repeat my story a few times, got passed around by a temp staff who literally Googled how to help me in front of my eyes. Wasted almost a whole day until the right staff listened and addressed the issue. Prioritize your customers by needs, and hire more ppl, your service staff look stressed. Keeping existing ones happy matters as much as getting new ones in.

Brought my son intentionally to the store for an in-store experience to purchase his s22+. As it was 15 mins to closing time, the staff just wanted to complete the transaction as soon as possible, telling us it will be impossible to assist and complete the data switch between the old and new phone as it was closing time. He said that it was just a simple process and he would explain it. Another alternative was to come back another day to do the back up. I am truly appalled at this service! It was totally not customer centric and I might as well just went ahead to purchase the phone online. I recently purchased a phone from Apple online for my husband and it waa truly a very different experience! If it was not for we didnt want to disappoint our son, we would have stormed out of the store.. The purchase was not cheap and to be paying almost 1.5k for this experience is truly ridiculous. I think i probably experience better service at Mcdonalds than here! Will definitely not come back again and it was truly an experience store, in the worst possible way.

Good: 1. Decent spacious Samsung showroom at vivocity. 2. Helpful staff. 3. Excellent service center for Samsung phones. They take good care of your phone as long as it's under warranty. Highly recommended for all your Samsung phone issues if your phone is under warranty. Bad: 1. Watch straps for display only, not for sale. 2. Samsung accessories can be found for cheaper @ singtel and M1 shops in the same mall.

I was served by a super impatient lady who talked non stop and rushed me into signing the documents so she can be done with me. I did not even have time to digest what was said Little known fact is that as long as there is cosmetic damages to your device, your warranty is immediately voided. So, be very careful and take good care of your device. Even better, after you buy it, bring home immediately and put it inside a display case and don't touch it ever.

I was ignored by the staff as I walked in, as all of them were busy on their phones. The sales staff was of course very busy trying to close sales. I found my own way in and got to the service center counter all the way inside the store, and took a number for Repair. When I noticed there was a staff there idling, I wondered if I needed to take a queue number at all since I made an appointment. I then approached a staff and asked before she grumpily told me to take a number for Online Booking. Very strange, 3 staff to serve one single customer for purchase, and non to assist customers who need help... Later I was served by the same grumpy lady Cher Shuan who is clueless, full of excuses, and of course rude.

Great service support experience. Note20 ultra phone's screen was no longer working with touch (only s-pen) and phone was still under warranty so I booked an appointment and took the phone in. Went on a weekday so didn't have to wait very long to be served - they went through the standard protocol of checking the phone details/purchase date to verify the warranty status and then after filling in some forms took the phone back. About 1.5-2 hours later, they came back out with the everything sorted out and fixed! Very satisfied with the support experience from the team here. What made it extra convenient was that they allowed me to use one of the standing desks to set up my laptop and do my own work while I waited for them to complete the repairs. Thanks!

Pleasant atmosphere and outstanding staff who knows their product and able to share the important details for an informed decision to be made. Place wasnt crowded when we were here before weekday 12pm, but do expect crowds on weekday evenings and weekends. The Samsung experience store carries all of their latest products and allows everyone to have a hands on feel of what they will be purchasing. Certainty worth a trip if you are going to be buying a Samsung product.
