I came here 3 times for haricut and during my 3rd and last visit, i did hair coloring as well. During my first visit, the lady that showed me in seemed pretty unfriendly, no smiles, no greeting. There i was thinking 'Geez is this experience gonna be horrible?'. Btw, i never saw this lady smile during all 3 visits. I was then attended to by stylist Frederick who was the complete opposite. He was really friendly and nice. My haircut came out nice but it wasn't styled nicely when i left the salon. i decided to give it a couple more chances. During my last visit when i had the hair coloring, i had a bit of allergic reaction and developed rashes and itch on my face. I was surprised as the color was not cheap and I've never really develop allergic reaction to coloring before since i color my hair every 3 months. This would also be my last visit, the biggest reason is because i liked to walk out of a salon feeling good, that would be the least i would expect for this price point. I feel the stylist should style the hair nicely before letting a customer walk out. Unfortunately, during all visits i had, the stylist did a minimal touch up with some hairspray and wax but my hair was flat when i walked out. It just doesn't make sense i had to go to a toilet to try and style my hair properly right after i left a salon.

Juno did a good trim of my curly permed hair of 6 months and reduce my mob look into something trendy. He just left around March 2022. Anyone knows where he went please???

Known Fredrick for several years and still remember how much length and style each time I head over every two months. Very patient and willing to accommodate our time slot and day for haircut. He’s got good communication with his colleagues in time management whenever customers start coming in. Call the store early if you want to make arrangements!

Super happy with my impromptu walk in for haircut, wash and blow, the use of aromatherapy is refreshing, i am very satisfied with the haircut. Thanks Jess and Christina, will definately be back to the hairstylist :)

Please be careful about the pricing. Pricing on the website is “indicative”, salon prices are terribly higher than what is mentioned on the website price list. To give context website price for roots touch up was $95 and I was charged $155. Also at every other salon root touch up is standard price and does not change with hair length, because root touch up is only for 1 inch length. Here again i was charged extra based on my hair length. Absolutely does not make sense. All in all not the most clean salon, and extreme fradulent rates.

Walked past the salon today and decided on impulse to get my hair trimmed, and I'm really glad I did. Was also lucky to have an available walk-in slot. Always good to make appointment esp with social distancing rules now. Was my first time here and will definitely come back again. Fred is AWESOME.. very friendly and professional and gives really great advice. Superb skills. Christina is very nice and gives a very good massage. Was surprised to get a neck and shoulder massage from her too. Left the salon with my hair looking 10000x healthier and nicer. Great service, highly recommended.will be back again for sure.
