★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had their Heng Hwa signature mee sua and the Heng Hwa cabbage fried rice for lunch today.
The fried rice was actually very tasty, and had nice wok hei in addition to lup cheong and, of course, cabbage. It went nicely with the spicy chilli sauce.
My wife liked the mee sua, which had prawns and clams. I thought the taste was okay, and it had some wine (hua teow rice wine?) but the broth could have been a tad richer.
Pricewise and portionwise, the dishes were okay.
