Yesterday, l think there was shortage of staff, hence the helper took over the chores as a cook. It turned out to be a real disaster.
Cuttlefish, half cooked. Meat overcooked, so hard to bite and chew.Sweet potatoes noodle overly cooked, so soggy. Mushroom under cooked, has got some weired in it, when upon tasting it.
What a disaster! Is not worth the spending!

Waited for more than 10 minutes to be seated and once seated, the lady said we have to wait to be called to pick our ingredients. So we waited…
But random people kept coming in to pick their ingredients without waiting to be seated. Even after being told, nobody bothered to manage this. So we sat there to wait for another 15 minutes with the queue to pick ingredients forming.
No one bothered to even notice our presence and we decided to leave. Bad management of the operations at this outlet.

- Sweet potato noodles are the same as normal noodles
- Mala soup is okay, not that 'ma'
No service & service charge
Nothing much to shout about or complain about tho

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went on a friday evening and was a little early so didnt have to wait much. They have self ordering kiosk now so everything was quite easy and the staff will be there to assist you if u need help. Tasted the same as other outlets, just that their mala could be spicier. Ordered medium level but probably will go for the next level.
Items are priced by weight so really depends on how "smart" you wanna go with your choices. Overall pleasant experience and will be back again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soup style only. Not ur usual dry stir fry mala. Ordered their sesame w small la.. taste like drinking sesame sauce out of bottle. Deeply disappointed. But if u into healthy food at least all the food is boiled. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for lunch after trying at the suntec outlet. Service could be better , waiters not attentive keep talking in the kitchen while cooking. when I want to take the ingredients, the fridge still covered, I look at them for a few seconds then they come help me. Food slightly pricey but food portion is quite big. Trying the 酸菜汤 this time , just average, I thought there will be chunks of 酸菜 but don’t have :(
Btw the tomato soup is exactly the same from haidilao.

It's like any Ma la xiang guo shop the only difference is that there're a few different soup bases. We got the pickled vegetables. Honestly the soup was disappointing. It was lacking in salty-ness and sour-ness. Good thing my friend went and asked them for soy sauce and the staff also offered vinegar. After adding both soy sauce and vinegar to the soup I can confidently say that it tasted much better but still quite average.
Overall super pricey with average tasting food. However if u do like to still try this shop I would say skip the instant noodle as it was super overcooked, unless you like super soft noodles. Service was also below average
