★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is bad always ask me to top up Buy more package always got problem no ending like ATM 你还钱他们就笑嘻嘻没有还钱他们就脸黑黑不要去千万不可以去去了就没完没了。原本要去那边relax的去到那边变成三四个人围攻你一直叫你拿买疗程。问题是我刚刚拿了一个$7000呢，他又叫我拿了一个$5000。没完没了无底洞。千万不可以去哦。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great facial experienced at Nex outlet even though I’m so tired from work I forgot all my stress coz the staff named Corry was nice, not pushy, she was explaining all the process of what she doing and hygienic. She did an awesome extraction also???? Affordable price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The manager and staff would get you to sign or top up package. They always have new packages to sell. Almost every alternate visit, the staff attending to you would tell you that you have this and that issue. Ask you to sign up additional package to help yourself. If you sign up, they will show that they are very committed and helpful and let you book the appointment slots you need. After that, whenever you want to book slots, it will be damn difficult! Subsequently when you visit again they try to sell you additional package and if you reject they will show you the bloody face! Guess all beauty shops are the same! Can only tong till package is finished!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First you start with $800 package for 10 facials and they will keep asking you to add on to their packages till each facial is $150 and now they want you to top up more to pay $350 per facial.
For the technology, ambiance and effectiveness, wldnt recommend.
Personally find them very pushy about sales and makes it very stressful for each visit.
And their appointment slots are always full. Keep pushing people to sign packages, no available timing for office workers to have an appointment (tried booking 28 working days in advance) and
The technology not even that good anyway. I've been to three different dermatologists over the years and I know what's good. The only reason why I still return here is because I just can't finish the package either 1. Too stressful pushy sales everytime I visit or 2. Full schedule can't get any slots.
