Juicy meat ball, chewy fish cake, fried vegetarian bean curd skin, with much pork lard make this bowl worth waiting in queue for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally tried their bak chor mee after a long while, as much as they're very in your face when you do visit Newton hawker centre. It's average, it's normal, it works. Is it special, no. Would I come here specifically for this stall, no. But. If you're just getting a meal, yes it's not too bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lousy experience. The old man was super grouchy and rude as if we owed him a living. Super calculative, not friendly at all. Laksa taste more like a curry chicken noodle. Not much fragrance.
