This is my first time to get a helper . And I'm very lucky to met Ann who assist me and give me advise , she is really kind to give me as much as info for me need. I will definitely go back to her for sure. And also I find is the cheapest agent fee in sg.

Please beware getting helper from this person, she will be nice when serving you, once you select the bio data and make payment for the helper her attitude will change. If you have any request, she will by all means try to charge you. This lady overcharge me few hundred dollars, when confront to ask she will brush you away. Still can threaten you to complain to CASE or MOM. Dealing at your own risk.

Yesterday i experience the same thing from this Vivian, very wicked lady. She will ask the maid to lie just to get her to work here. The maid she provided is unable to work. Doesn't know how to cook and clean. When you feedback to her, she will tell you that there's nothing she can do. When you send the maid back to her agency she will try her ways to charge you all sorts of fees. KIPS card is free of charge yet she got the cheek to charge you $50 for it. When my mom question her why embassy says it's free, she even raise her voice at my mom! Ridiculous this lady, wonder why MOM approve such person to be an agent. Will write into MOM to complain her.

I hired a helper from xpress group yishun in year 2020. At first the agent was a lady called Vivian Ong Siew Hoon. She told me not to trust the reviews on google as someone is trying to frame her so she would not get commission from her boss. I believed her. She recommended me helpers from Myanmar. The helper agreed to every request during the video interview and said that she has at least 2 years experience of being a helper in yangon. However when she came over, through many different versions of story in the first 3 months, she confessed that she actually had no experience at all. She said agent told her to lie to get a job in Singapore. It was a total disaster but i took her into my shelter and taught her every thing. She gave teenager's issues such as asking for more money from me (i donated to her) on top of her salary and festive bonus and annual bonus and birthday bonuses, and not sleeping at night for days which caused her to be sleeping off the day and not able to complete her jobs and purposefully not doing simple jobs such as ironing because she said she felt angry at me because i told her what was wrong and what was right to do and she explained that she just wanted to watch tv and play facebook and even video call with just her bra and underpants on (i happen to find out one night when i had to take something from the common room at night) and also, she was spending a lot of time during working hours communicating to her customers in Singapore to sell her clothing and cosmetic goods which caused her not able to finish her job scope in the day, and she would throw away food that she does not like even if it is freshly cooked such as broccoli prawns vegetables chicken pork whatever meat or vegetable that she feels is disgusting even though they are freshly cooked and etc etc. Too many things that have happened over this 26 months to name. I communicated openly gently patiently with her and pacified her when she is upset with gifts and food and more sleeping time during the day and more off days whenever she want it be it week day or weekends and i have also helped apply for school course for her because she told me she loved to study but her father passed away early.. and forgave her almost every day over the 2 years for her mischiefs thinking that she needs the job as she always apologise and asked for my forgiveness. Many things have happened but I'm glad she and i made it through. She has decided she wanted to change to a part time helper job under company instead. Thank you Xpress for giving me such a problem for 2 years. It was agonizing and very stressful for me but I'm so so happy nothing too bad happen because i sucked my thumb and made sure she is happy throughout so she can do minimal job for me and get what she needs from me. I love her as a friend but i feel she can be more useful in other fields rather than being a helper , which she emphasized she hates‐ she hates being a helper and dislike cleaning regularly. Xpress group does not vet through their helpers before recommending them to you. I believe they also receives bribes from myanmar agent. Those who received proper helper with a mature and responsible mind state from Xpress, you are lucky. I was so "lucky" too. Thanks once again.

Very bad and unprofessional! Lots of sweet talk by Grace and empty promises. Maid is now accuse Xpress Group of forcing all their maids to answer “yes” to all requests and questions during the interview. When prompting Grace on the problems faced after placement of the maid, she simply ignored and citied she overlooked and it was her personal number. Dragging beyond the 1 year replacement period with a contentious start date, Xpress group is just washing their hands off the maid which they’ve placed. Will consider engaging a lawyer to settle this.
