β β β β β Service ok but the flowers were not fresh...dying. i just told her I need Lily n get her to help me to choose the rest before going to washroom. When i went back, she was serving other customers while packing mine...I didn't asked her to change because was rushing for my appointment. was quite disappointed when looking at the bouquet on the way. I wish I had time to u turn back n tell her my comment on the spot

β β β β β Paid extra for the morning delivery slot only for them to mess up the order timings and deliver 6 minutes before 1pm. This was on top of an original $100+ order. If 12:54 is considered morning, then good luck to any other customers with the expectation that their bouquet will be delivered in good time. This is not how service should be conducted, especially for a flower shop for which service is everything.

β β β β β I came at about 7+ pm as I wanted to get some flowers to attend a wake and they were able to carry out my request at a momentβs notice. Staff was very polite and the store was very neat and clean. Both Sandar and Jia Hui were great and helped me out lots, very much appreciated their help 100% would come back here to buy flowers for my future gf/wife

β β β β β I called like an hour ago to ask for a ROM hand bouquet and the girl asked what kind of flowers I could choose. I went to pick it up and see how they made it. Flowers are fresh and arranged nice. I don't fancy flowers but this was enough to get me excited on my purchase. Thank you for accommodating me.
