★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attended the Food Safety Course Refresher on 13/12/2020.Male staff is very nice and well mannered... Unfortunately, the trainer who mentioned she is experienced namely Ms Song has very poor attitude and is very messy relating the modules.Has poor engagement skills and isn't sensitive to judging...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I attended their Basic Food Hygiene Course which was instructed by FAEZAH. She was a clear and concise speaker and I thoroughly enjoyed listening to her.
However, during the practical test, she asked me why I "chose to wear sandals" and if I "would wear them to work", a rather daft question considering that this was clearly not actual work. She also said that she "could fail me on the spot" if she "wanted to". Her tone was incredibly rude and condescending throughout. There was also another older lady that wore sandals almost identical to mine but FAEZAH did not comment on hers at all. I do not know why she singled me out.
Firstly, I take issue with the fact that there wasn't any dress codes made known to the attendees and as such, her comments were unjustified and unreasonable. If there is a dress code, please make it known to all your future participants and do not THREATEN to fail them when they show up in open-toed footwear. This is absurd.
Secondly, she was also quite rude towards other participants as I could hear her shouting at them in the adjacent test room. I could hear almost everything, and it's hard to believe how she spoke to the other attendees. FAEZAH was polite when speaking infront of the class, but it was the opposite when she was in the test room with only ~2 other attendees.
I hope her brutish behaviour is made known to the management as well as to future participants who are interested to sign up for this course.
Let's all be respectful to one another shall we :-)
