Rented a car to go for bizz to Malaysia: Nissan Qashqais. Car was Super filthy and dirty. Totally scratched, Car had judder in steering wheel when breaking, wiper blades were totally worn so blind when raining, washed tank broken and could not hold water. Car was smelly from mould and cigarettes. Radio only working in SG. Tires insufficient air, spare tyre completely flat. Cannot recommend. Sixt/Avis/Europcar only 100$ more. Not worth the saving I am afraid.

Highly Recommended. We rented a car for a day. The rental car is well maintain and good condition. The condition of the car is in good condition as I am able to make comparison to my previous ownership of similar car model. The service and the manners of the staff is 5 stars. Very Well mannered. Will definitely recommend anyone if looking for rental car at Wcega Plaza.

Just returned a Suzuki Swift I rented from them for 6 days & upon return, they claimed that there were some new scratches that wasn't there when I took the car. The $200 deposit I placed previously got deducted a $150 for the "damages". It was my fault for being too trusting of companies like this, should have taken a video as evidence on the day of collection. The exterior condition of the car during collection was bad when I collected it, front bumper was sticking out at the right hand corner & there was plenty of scratches all over. Car remote key was not working since day 1 so I had to use the manual key for the past 6 days. Upon returned, the staff said I should have called them when I noticed that. Everyone please take note if u wanna rent from them. I'm a extremely careful driver & for the past 6 days, I swear there was absolutely zero incident. When I told them so as well, they say I might have scratched it without knowing & scratches looks very "fresh" , how does one not "know" when the car actually hit something?? And I know for a fact that those scratches were already there when I collected car! Do take a video all around the car & keep it as evidence in case u got scammed like me. If u can, don't even rent from them!
