★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there’s a choice for no star, I’ll give that! Yamaha Punggol Safra gave me a terrible and no return experience with the teacher, centre manager & staffs at counter. Such a big name among music school yet very bad crisis management. Go if you don’t mind no make up classes and no substance staffs. Give up on them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Teachers are great.They are paitent and kind.There is always soft music playing and a display of pianos and guitars.The piano display offers a place to sit and there is also many posters and doors with windows.The help desk there is friendly and the atmosphere is cooling.The place incoprates different themes for different occasions year round. Do study here. It's totally worth it.

Teacher is giving irresponsiable answers to parents .Shouted at student . No clear information given to parents from teacher or the counter staffs. Nt even one star should be given to them ..
