Yang Dental Surgery

Walked past the clinic with my dad and we went in to take a look. My dad's in his 60s and he was trying to find a dentist to work on his crowns for him because they've come off. The moment we walked in, the receptionist literally looked at us as if we were the plague. Then, without even asking us anything, she told us to leave because we didn't book an appointment. My dad and I thought it was outrageous and told her we were just coming in to enquire and at the same time see if we could book an appointment. Halfway through while my dad was trying to explain his situation to the receptionist, she literally just yelled 'NO IMPLANT NO IMPLANT' to my dad's face. At this point, you can imagine how fed up we were at this woman yet she just kept flaunting this snobbish attitude of hers towards us potential paying customers. Terrible, terrible service. It is very obvious that the clinic only wants to do the so called 'rich people' service. The receptionist saw us walking in in simple clothing and assumed that we weren't as high class. (Mind you, we live in the neighbourhood.) Truly upsetting to see that the receptionist came up with so many excuses just to turn us away because she deemed us to be 'unworthy' of the clinic's 'oh so holy and grandious' services. During the whole conversation, she kept giving us this look of disgust as if we were beneath her. Genuinely, hope this place goes under. Both the doctor and receptionist seem like terrible people. I'd rather do my business elsewhere as well, at least the people will never treat me such contempt. EDIT: This place deserves ZERO stars. My dad and I were in that godforsaken place for about 30 minutes and apparently a patient in the doctor's room had been stuck in there for quite some time even though he was just there to do a simple cleaning.

I love this dentist, she may be snappy but she really gets the job done when it comes to getting teeth cleaned. She is super meticulous, and makes sure that there is not a single bit of tar tar left on your teeth and in your gums. Normal dentists won’t go the extra mile to get your teeth extra clean like that.

Zero star. Exorbitant rates, slow service 2 to 3 hours there, slow wait times 1 hour when you already made an appointment you cannot see dentist. Cash only. I went there for missing huge hole back fillings causing pain and got nothing i wanted done and paid total $340. My son is only a toddler and she charged $120 for his tiny tooth repair. The point is I already told them I wanted my missing back fillings filled its causing pain and it never got done, instead they began to wash teeth and not tell me they won't do it/ can't guarantee it, all kinds of negatives, why not just tell me from the get go and I'll go somewhere else ?? Upon sat down she said teeth too dirty she needed it cleaned to see what's going on and we can discuss after its cleaned. She said she already noticed my back fillings were missing. While on the chair she said she front teeth had a small chip, I should have asked price but I was on chair laid down with my mouth propped open i can't even move let alone say anything at all there was no chance for me to even speak. In the end she said she can't "guarantee" fixing my huge gapping back fillings, so the ONLY thing I went there for was not even done. Complete waste of time and money !! I still have to go some place else to get treated after all this. Washing teeth when you have huge gaping holes in your mouth causing pain what is this

Had my teeth checked and cleaned by Dr Yang. She is very detailed and very patient. I don’t think I ever had such detailed cleaning before! Never gonna brush my teeth again! Will visit every week ? also 6 out of 5 star for the waiting room aesthetics. Clean, old school, and just one chair for me.
