Great and friendly service from the Clinic Manager Poonam to the dental assistant and dentist herself (Dr Smita Ashok) who administered a L size filling for my back tooth. Highly recommended. Visited on 11 Dec 2021

Just to be clear, Dr Steffi Soh is an excellent doctor. Clear, precise and straightforward. However, and without going into detail, the receptionist needs to manage the client’s patients better. Unclear information, hesitant and complete lack of pride in her job causing time to be wasted on both parties. Unfortunately as a result, Dr Soh has a lost a patient. I’ll take my money somewhere else that respects my time.

I am no longer afraid of visiting the dentist. I went for a regular cleaning and polishing. I was seen on time and the staff were so polite and friendly. The lady dentist was also very thorough with her cleaning and explained my Xrays to me in detail..I will definitely 200% recommend this place to my family and friends

Brought my nephew in for an emergency last minute appointment as he was crying due to intense pain on his 2 front teeth. Understand this is a dental clinic that services adults more so than kids but there are very great reviews from parents bringing their kids as well. No solution for my nephew and not even painkillers were available. Dr Hui Chee Wah asked us to head over to heartlands mall to purchase Panadol. 60$ bill given out, 40$ for diagnosis when no solution was done. Additional 20$ for “sterilisation & consumables”. Disappointing experience to say the least.

15 Nov 2021 - follow-up appointment for my gum treatment did on 13 Nov. Fortunately, my gum is recovering well. So, Dr. Steffi Soh moved onto deep cleaning my gum on top right side to ensure much more hygienic condition for my gum at bottom right side. Awesome teamwork between Dr. Steffi and Dya. Highly recommended! 13 Nov 2021 - revisited the clinic due to my gum infection at bottom right side. It got swollen so bad that I felt pain everytime I tried to bite. This time, I was treated by Dr. Steffi Soh. After gum treatment, I felt much, much better on that evening. Awesome and professional job done! 2 Nov 2021 - I visitted the clinic had a very pleasant dental treatment experience provided by dentist, Dr. Shauna and her assistant, Dya. Well coordinated partnership between the both of them when doing scaling and polishing. I also had a decay tooth extraction after an X-ray scan and preliminary inspection. My mouth / gum was numbed before the tooth extraction, so the tooth extraction was fast and painless. Surprisingly, the area of my tooth extraction did not experience any pain at all throughout the night, just a mild swollen sensation. Overall, I could sleep like usual and did not wake up due to any pain. Highly recommended!

Had a very pleasant experience during my visit. Both Dr Shauna and her assistant, Dya, were very nice throughout my treatment! Seeing a dentist can be very nerve-wracking, but their cheerfulness made my journey at the clinic very much enjoyable. It might be quite expensive but their exceptional service makes it all worth it!

Call and book an appointment and was given a time slot at 2.30pm. Received a call around 11am to ask if I can change my appointment to 3pm, I was fine with it. Received another call during lunch to change my appointment to 2.30pm which I am also fine with it but feeling irritated. When I reach at 2.20pm, i was made to wait till 2.50pm and was told my appointment is at 3pm. Absolutely ridiculous appointment booking done by the counter staff.

I visited the clinic for a refilling of a tooth end May. Although the treatment process was painless and smooth , the surfaces felt rough with the filling materials. The dentist assured me that will be fine after a couple of days. After a week there is pain upon eating and i rang the clinic , just to find that the dentist has left. The clinic manager suggested i goggled the dentist’s name and followed up with her! I thought Nuffield would at least suggest a follow up with one of their other dentists but they said that will come with additional consultation fee . I think it is rather unfair as the clinic should be responsible for the after effect . Anyway they fixed an appointment for me with another dentist , just to cancel it a couple of days before cos this dentist was not available. It is quite an unpleasant experience and no follow up since then. For the price paid for the filling and after effect plus the lack of after service care , i will not visit this clinic again.
