Went in for a check up and clean. Was very thorough. Had a few fillings done. Honest and trustworthy.

Extremely disappointed. Despite unsuccessful root canal treatment, they still collected $350+ (Excluding other charges). The $350 is just for the unsuccessful root canal treatment.

My wife went for tooth extraction surgery today..excellent doctor..excellent nurse..followup and followthru..they are patient,caring..treat patients with heart.My heartfelt appreciation for their great service.

Went back for a follow session after a smooth tooth surgery. Dr Heny was very detail in explaining to me my current tooth conditions and what are my options. Took my family there for dental check up as well in the past. No issues and always a sense of relief when we meet with Dr Heny. She is patient and particularly concern with patience’s conditions rather than speeding up the job and ok next patient please. (You get the idea). So gives me the assurance. Thx Dr.

Sharing my personal truthful experience, with no intention to defame or make any accusations towards anyone. I saw Dr Heny few months back in March 2021 for some aching issues on my left molar. Dr Heny inspected and identified a crack on my left lower molar and advised me to do a root canal and crowning thereafter to save the tooth from further deterioration. After much consideration, I've decided to follow her professional advise and proceed with the procedures. During the 3 session procedures, I wasn't given any numbing cream before any anaesthesia was injected into my gums, which makes my 3 sessions painfully unpleasant. And towards the crowning process, Dr Heny had also injured the right side of my gums, due to her negligence to trim down the mould on that side. Thinking that all these are unpleasant but still bearable and I understand that minor accidents do occur during such procedures. But who knows a bigger issue unfold itself later. Just barely 7 months down the road, I'm experiencing pain on the same area again. I tried calling Dr Heny regarding this issue, but instead of helping with my situation, I was blamed several times for not wearing a night guard, that's why the aches occur. Feeling that Dr Heny was not helping much with the after service situation, I seek another dentist to get a 2nd opinion from. After submitting my x-rays taken previously, I was told that the issue might be the crack was already quite deep, therefore, should be advised to be extracted and invest the money and time in doing an implant, rather than spending a hefty sum on a root canal and crowning procedure that doesn't last. I'm just utterly disappointed that such a bad advise was given, thinking I could trust any dentist in Singapore with their professional opinion. I was told by the 2nd dentist that worst case scenario, I will have to extract the tooth surgically, and a tooth implant might be needed so that I won't wear out the molars on the other side. All these will add up to another hefty sum of money. All the previous thousands will be gone to waste, not mentioning the time and all the unpleasant pain I've endured. Currently, I'm still living with the aches everyday, waiting to see a specialist on this issue to see what is the best way to approach this, and I'm also seeking other channels to follow up on this matter. Once again, I'm just sharing my truthful personal experience, so that everyone can take reference from. With no intention to malign and defame anyone.

Dr Heny is very experienced. She is caring and detail. Along the way during her assessment she will advise you on the cost needed so that you can decide. I went there last month to do treatment. Dr. Heny, i just love how she patiently explain to me the same thing for few times (bcus i tend to lose my focus when i get nervous). She also gave me options or suggestions on what to do based on my tooth condition, her explanation are very well, she even mentioned how is the result like in the future for those treatment options. She will give a call few days after the surgery to check on my healing process. My overall experience in this dental clininic, i am very impressed. They delivered a very professional services, and as for the price, its on the affordable price range. I have already recommended this place to my friends, sadly they all staying far from here.
