Small but complete stall for Yankee Candle products. Friendly and patient staff.

Good collection of scented candles. Got a few assorted fragrances, loved all of them.

Please expand the place there isn't much yc place in Singapore anymore. Hope to see more outlets!

I had to get a quick gift for a birthday party and this was the place to get it! Great recommendations by staff. Ended up getting the Vanilla cookie large candle which smelled good enough to eat.

Was told by the store assistant that I was not allowed to smell the candle without my mask on. Some flavours are so mild, how do you expect customer to choose which flavour they want? Also, bought 3 big jars of candle, spending over $80 and I had to still pay $0.20 for the paperbag! Do you expect the customer to hand carry all 3 heavy jars without a bag? For an overpriced candle, at least provide the paperbag free.

I purposely went to bishan outlet to buy candle, at first auntie said she is restocking items asked me to come back again. Well i come again after 20 mins?? I reached there I told her Auntie, still have to wait? With not so nice tone, she told me that she is one person, another colleague of her is on break. I told her I cant wait I need to rush other places. She ignored me, I quickly simply take whatever on the shelf to pay, again with not so nice attitude she feel bit frustrated. And when i asked her auntie do you have a paperbag? Nice one! She give me one without telling me need to pay extra $0.20cents? If I knw it i wont get it, i also have paper bag with me. Next time pls tell your customers your bag is chargeable . I guess I wont patronage that outlet anymore. First and last.

I set out to the J8 outlet today at about 12:30 PM on Wed 14 Jul 2021 with the intention to purchase the Black Cherry candle jar, on seeing that the scent was stocked in the store. I asked about the prices and felt that the saleslady was getting inpatient with me. I wanted to browse and consider getting other scents together with the large jar and I asked about the difference between Harvest Walk and Velvet Woods. She snickered (!!!) as if it was a silly question and simply said that one was lighter than the the other. The whole time she badgered me on what kind of scent I was looking to get, looked at her watch and snickered at my questions. I needed more information since it appears that we can no longer sniff the candles anymore. There was no other customer around but the staff was unhelpful, impatient and condescending. I walked out without purchasing anything. I'll try again in another outlet if I ever come across one, or when another staff is on duty. Most of the time the service at Yankee candle was rather acceptable but this time it was simply appalling and I refused to pay for such terrible customer service. It was overall a very disappointing shopping experience.
