McDonald's - #01-20 McDonald's

Ordered happy meal because I wanted the minion toy of the month. However when I got the toy, it was the bloody Tom and jerry toy. The counter staff then told me they only have the Tom and jerry toy and minion was sold out. I was so angry and felt cheated because I ordered happy meal all because I wanted the minion toy. It was just so plain lazy of them that they did not even have the decency to put the out of stock signage. The waiting time for my meal was outrageously long too. Worse experience ever at this outlet. Not going to visit this outlet again. Patronise at your own risk.

Terrible experience at Junction 8 outlet this evening. The service staff kept coming over to prompt us to finish our food quickly saying there was a queue outside waiting for tables. This happened not once but at least three times! We ordered two meal sets and after finishing our burgers, the staff cleared the tray, except for drinks which we had yet to finish. After which, perhaps due to our seemingly "empty" table, the staff started to pop by often to check on our "status". At that time, we were barely there for 30mins. Thereafter, we ordered sundaes, and while I was half-way through, the staff came again to "prompt" us. This is atrocious! During the time that we were there, we were prompted at least 3-4 times even though we were still eating. We noticed no other tables were "treated" like us. A family of three who were there much earlier than us were not "reminded" to finish quickly, and they were able to take their own time to finish one cup of corn. Why the differential treatment? If there is a time limit for dining in, please state clearly to ALL your patrons. Perhaps a new Mac slogan "We Serve Fast, You Eat Fast!"?

Waited 15 mins for fast food. Super bad service. The fries were cold and my food was left there and no one sent it to me. After that, I asked for a change of food and attitude sucks. Totally spoil my mood

Bright, clean, your usual McDonald's. Limited seats due to safe distancing. Always a queue these days. Located in L1. Tip: If you come here often, it would be beneficial to download their app. They have loadsssss of good deals there!! Really worth it.

Okay lah. Aunties very active in regulating the customers and clean the place. Some seats may seem empty but has stickers that indicate it is not for seating.

Service is good and the outlet is clean. The staff made sure my hubby and I were fully vaccinated before being allowed entry. We were here around 9pm and there was no queue. However the cross cut fries is not as nice here. Otherwise would have given a 5 star rating. Date of review: 24 Aug 2021

I know the kitchen must be busy churning out many burgers due to the 1-for-1 double fillet-o-fish deal now but at the very least, the burgers shd be stacked properly before serving. ?

Located at level 1 of Junction 8 shopping mall. Conveniently located. Bight and clean. Food wise- standard with the rest of Macdonald. A good place to enjoy your breakfast.
