★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just realised that I've a past review on this CT. The rest of the reviews of late, really!? Makes me question the authencity of those TBH. Absolute worst tasting CT. Zero fragrance (20 yrs ago it has a wonderful pandan fragrance. Way too sweet and absence of PTH, fungus, jelly and overall ingredients. Still extremely disappointing. Not to mention they have the audacity to sell this for $3! What a joke.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really one of the better cheng tngs around. We liked it so much that we packed a couple more for the home. It is not too sweet, yet has lots of melon strips, persimmons and sago.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comparing to Adam road Cheng Tng, this is a bit too sweet for me. However, the texture of the white pearl, ingredients like sweet potato is excellent!
Been coming here for past 10+ years, it’s probably one of the best in the east!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very old school and nostalgic tasting cheng Tng. This stall serves up an authentic bowl of traditional dessert that is still very much well loved today. The current owners are third generation, the stalll is started by th grandmother of the current owners. There are total of 11 ingredients inside the soup ! You can select for a cold or hot variant. Highly recommended stall to try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the ice Cheng Teng! Very refreshing on a hot afternoon. A bit too sweet for me at the beginning but tasted really good after the ice melted. A bit pricey though at $3 pet bowl. The Kang Kong cuttlefish is very nice ? will definitely be back.

A great treat especially after a long bicycle ride. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the good old days with original owner, there was always a long queue. After his passing, price was increased to a fixed price. Currently 19 May 2022, it is 3 dollars. No queue at all. It was nice but too expensive to eat often
