★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sandwich is tiny, more like a muslim curry puff. Mcdonalds offer better value.
The mushroom soap tasted horrible. Loads of salt and MSG.
The beef sandwich / sub just didn’t taste right. Not for people looking for authentic American sub.
The cheese in the cheese fries was of low grade quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite the fact that the cheesesteak is primarily a beef dish, Yellow Submarines has gone out of their way to be very inclusive of people with different dietary restrictions. They have the M1 Submarine which is a vegetarian sandwich (mushrooms and capsicums) and there is also a Tuna Submarine for people who fancy seafood. I think that such considerations really go a long way in our multi-racial country. I know that I can invite my Hindu friends, vegetarian friends or even my pescetarian friends and we can all have something to eat there.

Taste wise, the bread is well...acceptable if you are on eating in a submarine.
Saved only by decent quality fries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beef tastes great. Recommend to add-on cheese fries (for $2) to complete the meal (or else you might still be a little hungry).
You may think portions are for the subs are small but once eat it with cheese fries; you will feel very full!
Last I had them was back in 2016 and I’m so glad that they’re back again!
