W	William Ow on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not bad, but the queue is quite long and slow sometimes. I give 5 stars because there is a basin beside the bin where you can pour liquid away or wash your hands. The food is standard across all outlets.

Then we were chased off a seat because “we only had 2 people” and another party had 3 people... when there were plenty other seats with 2 people only... ridiculous....

Firstly the counter staff is friendly and fast. Even though the queue is always super long but waiting time is acceptable. There is also this auntie Alice, super helpful and friendly. She will greet you and ask for permission to clear the table so that we can have a cleaner table to continue our meal or discussion. You will always see her walking around busy clearing the mess on the table. Outlet is rather small and old. Will be good if able to upholstery those torn seats.
P	Philip Tse on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. 1 out of 2 of the order machine is not working, the other is long queue. The cashier was not serving. The old lady staff Cathy at the cashier frowned her eyebrow to me wave me to use the order machine. I pity her was busy (even though the restaurant was not full) but she doesn't need to feel annoyed to me. If you are understaff it is your management's problem not the customer. Finally, the reason I want to order at cashier is because I want to customize some option which may not be available on the order screen. Last but not least, the MOS burger website is so badly designed and updated that many times the promotions are outdated, not available. I am already not keen to eat at MOS (but I must say in HK, Japan, Taiwan their operation is MUCH better and I am a repeated customer. shame on Singapore management). After today I will be even out MOS at the bott of my list. Period.
G	Gelique Orpiano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If i can give zero star I would give it. Slowest, terrible service and behavior. Waited for our food for 30mins even if there's no long que. Plan to dine in at store but due to slow service we are kind of late for the movie showing. As I told this Auntie to change it into takeaway, I don't why it is hard for her to take a quick action to pack my food. Trying to pack my own food as they are very slow since it was serve already, this Auntie suddenly shouted at me for touching and packing my own food, aside from me she shouted on the other customer who is trying to order and following up on them for their food.
L	Louis Chua on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store is big and clean although it is tucked away at an isolated corner on the first floor together with some other stores if you are area strolling around in the mall. But you can come in from one of the main entrance which is near to Bishan MRT station. But the service is kind of disappointing. Really slow for takeaway and the Indian girl at the counter did not give some of the stuff for takeaways which is really annoying: chilli or tomato sauce and serviettes. But the food is always great though the French fries deteriorate quite quickly when I reached home 45mins later.
