β β β β β Looking at passed reviews not surprised that my son was given the wrong sandwich. But they claim they asked him 3 times. Why would someone order egg mayo when clearly he doesn't eat? When he said, 'i think you misheard me, they take as ' oh it's your fault for ordering the wrong sandwich.

β β β β β the staff are inexperienced and not adequately skilled to prepare food. Look at what they gave to me. The bread is not properly pressed and all the ingredients and sauce are spilled out. Look so messy and killed my appetite totally.

β β β β β First time eating at this outlet - Bishan junction 8 . This outlet does not warm the bread when customers ordered unlike other outlets, only realised when I opened the wrapper, asked to warm up but after still not warm, quite disappointed eating it cold. Next time, will ensure it is warm before collecting the food??

β β β β β I visited the subway at Junction 8 at around 9:45pm. I ordered a roasted chicken breast wrap and I chose to add mozzarella cheese.
When I reached home and I started to eat it. I realised that the mozzarella cheese is not cooked which means the staff there didnβt put the wrap in the oven. I can taste the coldness of mozzarella cheese. i have provided the uncooked mozzarella cheese photo below.
It is quite dangerous if the cheese is not cooked as it might be contaminated when you guys stored it in the fridge. I might even have diarrhoea after eating your food! From this incident, I can simply tell that your staff is not well trained!!! I was wondering if he passed his hygiene course.

If you order sandwich from this outlet, you will never able to get what you order at once.
You have to compain and order again.
I live in Bishan and If i ordered 10 times, 9 times they make it wrong.
And the reason why i decided to upload this today is because i cant stand it anymore.
I ordered tomato soup, they put broccoli soup.
And i ordered toasted, they didnt even toasted and it is very cold.
If the owner want to avoid the situation like lose customers one by one, you really have to change worker there.
I dont know how many times i complain already.

β β β β β Ordered via Grab. Cold Cut Trio with Parmesan Oregano, Pandan and White Chocolate Macadamia Cookie.
I toasted my bread at home so that it would be crispy on the outside while soft on the inside. Taste wise, I can't seem to taste the parmesan or oregano. For the vegetables, I was a little disappointed as you can only choose a maximum of 6 veggies but nonetheless the veggies were all good and fresh.
Pandan Cookie. It smells just like your pandan chiffon cake but taste-wise not as pandan-y. I do like the chewy and slight crispy texture of the cookie.
White Chocolate Macadania Cookie. Crispier than the pandan one. The macadamia provided a good crunch.
