★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there with family for a number of times for tze Cha, mostly great quality for affordable price. Compared to neighbouring tze cha, it is better quality with lower price and quite good service.
Curry fish head is a must try, best curry fish head I have eaten to date. Fish head steamboat is pretty good too.
Update: Went there a few more times, tze cha food quality is great but hard to find seats due to a lot of beer drinkers. And very noisy environment, but food and value are worth going for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent variety for a space a small as this. Cleanliness was as expected, prices are in the middle range. Notable mentions goes to the western food which serves a wicked burger and the stall which sells fried delicacies (char kuay teow, carrot cake) manned by an elderly gentleman.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very busy place on a Sunday morning. Most of the stalls open in the morning and there are a few stalls with long Q. One of them is the stall selling kueh and Chee Cheong Fun.
I had the bee hoon from Hup Lee economic bee hoon stall, the bee hoon cannot make it at all.
Tea was also "not smooth" at all. Probably my 1st and last time here.
The coffee ladies service was prompt and professional!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This coffeeshop also known as the WP coffeeshop. Their tea is good. Hor fun seafood , tried their hor fun and find got standard. Local favorite like Fishball noodle and fish soup, satay, rojak and prata are standard here. 24 hours and why only 2 stars? Oh well the toilet is horrid and smell horrible, poorly maintained
