Horrible experience, worse customer service ever encountered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Changed my iPhone battery but it didn't work. They actually tried with at least 3 other "new" batteries but all didn't work. Requested for a refund and went to a smaller shop nearby to replace my battery without any issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wasted my money. Went to fix my phone speaker because sometimes it has no sound, after 30 minutes of fixing, my phone has no sound forever. Spoil my phone further and still charged me.

They were able to help in 40 mins despite the bad condition it was in, all at a reasonable price that beats what Samsung's service centre quoted me. I will definitely come back again if I have anymore issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ utterly rude and racist towards a paying customer who happens to be an Indian foreign worker. Called the customer “oi” multiple times in a very rude tone and looked annoyed the whole time he was working on the customer’s phone. I immediately changed my mind on spending money here when I saw how he treated his customers. Disgusting behaviour.
