We were attended to by Carol and Khan who rendered us professional and excellent service, coupled with a deep knowledge of the products available. They took time to find out our needs before recommending a product, and even gave us advice on how to maintain the washing machine, and what other parts we needed for installation. Personally, they were such a joy to talk to with their positive character. Would recommend ?
Carol also adviced us on the type of rice cooker to get.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to praise James, who kindly assisted us with our purchase of airconditioners. Just 10 minutes before we went to Courts, we dropped by Harvey Norman. However, it is only upon speaking to James did I learn about compressors and BTU. I could tell that he was genuine about his offerings and his level of expertise made me feel like I am in safe hands. Overall, my experience here was fabulous thanks to James. Hope you guys have a chance to meet him.

He was also very patient to try out the soundbar with the TV to see the functionality and sound effect. Also gave me a good deal on price. All over a very pleasant experience. Kelly is very experienced in explaining the functions of the products I purchased. James makes the clearing of payment very smooth and explained the delivery procedure very clearly. Both of them are very courteous and patience. I'm very happy with my purchases and will definitely go to Courts for future purchases.
