★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The female staff named "shuzhen" is very bad in attitude. I purchased a Note 8 UV tempered glass but within a day, lots of bubble appeared at the left bottom of the phone screen. This is apparently a issue of product quality or poorly installation skill. So I came back the next day to feedback. When I enterred the store, this female staff "shuzhen" is playing phone and doing make up. I recounted my issue to her then I turned unbelievably harsh shouting at me and furthermore use "law" to threathen me that they are not liable to the defect. I aksed her if she's referring lemon law, she become quite.
This is really the epitome of worse customer service ever. Please train your staff to treat customer politely and be kind. Your staff attitude really sucks. Her name is shuzhen at Jem outlet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The earpieces that they sell are of poor quality. The microphone of the ear piece sounded soft. Furthermore, there is a buzzing sound on the right side after fourdays days of use. The ear piece costed $17.90. Hope those people who are looking for a ear piece would not consider to purchase it from this shop. However, the staff are pretty nice even when i didnt have the receipt and tried to return it he explained to my multiple questions patiently. Overall it was a bad experience but the shop isn't all bad.
