Beyond just buying their stuff, it has always been a pleasure to visit their shop and look at the wonderful pieces theyβve created. Buying was also seamless too, both in store and even over watsapp. Highly recommend!

β β β β β Bad experience buying online. Payment made and no updates at all on the delivery. Checked with them after 5 days and they gave many reasons. It is more than 10 working days and I have not received the dress. Unpleasant shopping experience and poor follow up. First and last time buying. Disappointment!

β β β β β Love the designs at Ying; the outfits are always beautifully made. Also, customer service is definitely 10/10! Would love to compliment Angelina specifically - she is super warm and friendly, always takes the time to patiently answer any questions that I might have about the sizing or materials used, and is extremely prompt with replies. One of my favourite shops to date!
