★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing session on a beautiful Sunday morning, all thanks to Shivanee! I was a bit worried at first as I am a beginner but the pace was just great. I was able to do the poses and Shivanee was there to correct us if we are not doing them right. Overall it was a delightful experience!

She understands your challenges well and handles them with empathy, thus guiding you well .Her instructions are easy to follow.She breaks down difficult poses into small sections and slowly guides you to build your confidence with technique and achieve the pose.Her guided meditation and singing bowl sessions are very relaxing.

Her lessons always have a firm foundation in breathing and breathing techniques - which make them a complete experience - total physical conditioning and a meditative experience. With a variety of sessions and regular introduction of new and challenging poses - yoga sessions with Shivanee are something that I always look forward to.

She is perfect for beginners as well as people who have experience in doing Yoga Shivanee is extremely professional but at the same has a very personal touch in how she guides you through each session. Our yoga practice with her is a mix of flow, deep breathing and relaxation and she customises or tailors each session based on what we would like to focus on that class. Highly recommend Shivanee's classes!
